1. What is one piece of important learning in reading or writing you have gained this week?
Well, I learned that there are many ways to presenting a project. You can write a report, make a poster, write a report, persuasive essay, or speech, and make a "Magic School
Bus" Story in your own words. When you read, you must read between the lines and figure out using the things you already know to figure out what the writer is trying to say, what the character is feeling, what he wants us to understand. When you write an essay, it is very very important to make a plan or template before you try to write it. You must know the main idea and the basic background before you write an essay, because it can definitely help you figure out what you are basically trying to say. the plan can also help you change the essay in the middle, which is perfectly normal because you may not like an idea or have just thought of a new one. There are times where this happens, when you want to change the whole idea of the story. This is how the template goes:

Topic Sentence-Reading is important in our lives.

Fact, Reason, or Detail-Reading can help us to achieve many goals.
Explanation-Because...
Explanation-I feel this because... but it isn't because...

Fact, Reason, or Detail-Reading sometimes helps us save lives, other people's of
Explanation-Some people...
Explanation-Some people do this because... When...

Conclusion-Books may seem like a piece of paper, but it can have a power over people.

You see? Even though it doesn't say here, there can be more than two explanations. You can also put in more Fact/Reason/Detail(s).

2. Explain how this has helped you in your reading or writing.
Well, when I read, I remember to combine the facts I know to the facts I don't and have just learnt from the book to make a more realistic world. The essays' plans can help me in becoming a better writer because I can express myself more fluently.
3. Explain what the difference is between a common noun and a proper noun.

Common nouns are nouns that explain any type of a person, place, or thing. For instance, The cat. Proper nouns are nouns that explain a specific person, place, or thing. For example, Sally.
